FRANCIS M. EGENIAS
Mr. Egenias is a graduate of the College of Law, University of the Philippines,
and has been in law practice since 1994. He is a member of the Philippine Bar Association (PBA). He was the President of the
Maritime Lawyers Association of the Philippines (MARLAW) in 2003-04. At present, Mr. Egenias is the Chairman of the Board
of MARLAW.

ANTONIO R. VELICARIA
Mr. Velicaria is a graduate of the College of Law, University of the Philippines, and has practised law since 1969. He is
a past President of the Philippine Bar Association (PBA), the Maritime Law Association of the Philippines (MARLAW), and the
Licensing Executives Society (LES) of the Philippines. He is also a member of the Intellectual Property Association of the
Philippines (IPAP).
