Starting a Business services: starting at US$2,500.00
Scope of Services:
- Incorporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission
- Registration with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority
- Procurement of Business Licenses and Permits
- Work Permits and Visas for Expatriates
- Negotiation and Documentation of Lease for Office Space
(filing and other legal fees and expenses
are not yet included)
Virtual General Counsel services: starting at US$500 a month
Scope of Services:
- Documentation: preparation and review of contracts, agreements,deeds,written advice/legal opinions, and
demand letters
- Consultations: advice and legal opinions on laws and regulations affecting the client's business
(consultations may be held at the client's office)
Corporate Secretarial services: starting at US$300 a month
Scope of Services:
- Attendance at board and stockholders' meetings
- Advice and counseling during said meetings
- Preparation and keeping of minutes, resolutions and stock transfer books
- Issuance of stock certificates and documentation of stock transfer transactions
- SEC compliance requirements
